Troubleshooting Lost Printer Connections
If your computer can no longer see or connect to a printer, follow these steps to restore the connection.
Quick Fixes
- Check physical connections - Ensure cables are securely connected
- Restart the printer - Turn off, wait 30 seconds, turn back on
- Restart your computer - This often resolves connection issues
Windows Troubleshooting
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners
- Click "Add a printer or scanner"
