Handling Low Toner Warnings

When your printer displays a low toner warning, here's what you need to know.

What Does Low Toner Mean?

A low toner warning typically means you have approximately 10-15% toner remaining. You can usually continue printing for several hundred pages depending on your usage.

Options When Toner is Low

  1. Continue printing - Monitor print quality and replace when needed
  2. Order replacement toner - Order early to avoid running out
