Present your work to colleagues during a Teams meeting.
Start Sharing
- Join or start a Teams meeting

- Choose what to share:
- Entire screen - Shows everything on your monitor
- Window - Shows only a specific application

- Select the participant's name
- They can now control your screen
- Click Take back control when done
Stop Sharing
Click the Stop sharing button in the toolbar, or press Ctrl + Shift + E.
Can't Share Screen?

- Try sharing a specific window instead of the whole screen
