Managing Your Email Allow/Block Lists

Sophos Central allows you to manage which emails reach your inbox by maintaining allow and block lists.

Accessing Sophos Central

1. Navigate to cloud.sophos.com
2. Sign in with your Sophos credentials
3. Go to Email Security > Settings

Adding to Allow List

To allow emails from a specific sender:

1. Go to Inbound Allow/Block
2. Click "Add" under the Allow section
3. Enter the email address or domain
4. Click Save

Adding to Block List

To block emails from a specific sender:

1. Go to Inbound Allow/Block
2. Click "Add" under the Block section
3. Enter the email address or domain
4. Click Save

Best Practices

• Only allow trusted senders to prevent spam
• Regularly review your lists
• Use domain blocking for persistent spam sources
