Managing Your Email Allow/Block Lists
Sophos Central allows you to manage which emails reach your inbox by maintaining allow and block lists.
Accessing Sophos Central
- Navigate to cloud.sophos.com
- Sign in with your Sophos credentials
- Go to Email Security > Settings
Adding to Allow List
To allow emails from a specific sender:
- Go to Inbound Allow/Block
- Click "Add" under the Allow section
- Enter the email address or domain
- Click Save
Adding to Block List
To block emails from a specific sender:
- Go to Inbound Allow/Block
- Click "Add" under the Block section
- Enter the email address or domain
- Click Save
Best Practices
- Only allow trusted senders to prevent spam
- Regularly review your lists
- Use domain blocking for persistent spam sources
