Why Clear Your Cache?

Your browser stores temporary files to load websites faster. Sometimes this cached data becomes outdated and causes issues like:

  • Websites not displaying correctly
  • Unable to log into sites
  • Old content showing instead of updates
  • Browser running slowly

Google Chrome

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  2. Select time range: All time
  3. Check: Cached images and files
  4. Optionally check: Cookies and other site data (this will log you out of websites)
  5. Click Clear data

Microsoft Edge

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  2. Select time range: All time
  3. Check: Cached images and files
  4. Click Clear now

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  2. Select time range: Everything
  3. Check: Cache
  4. Click Clear Now

Quick Refresh (Without Clearing Cache)

If you just need to reload a single page with fresh content:

  • Press Ctrl + F5 to force refresh the current page
  • This bypasses the cache for that page only
