Check for Spectrum Service Outages

Is There an Outage in Your Area?
Before troubleshooting, check if Spectrum is experiencing service issues near you.
Method 1: My Spectrum App (Quickest)
- Open the My Spectrum app
- Sign in to your account
- Any outages will be displayed on the home screen
- Tap for more details and estimated restoration time
Method 2: Spectrum Website
- Visit spectrum.net/support/internet
- Sign in with your account
- Outage alerts will appear at the top of the page
- Click for details about affected services and restoration estimates
Method 3: Call Spectrum
- Call 1-833-267-6094
- The automated system will check for outages in your area
- You can also speak to a representative for more info
Method 4: Check Social Media
- Twitter: @Ask_Spectrum
- Large outages are often posted on their social media
During an Outage
- Don’t unplug your equipment – let Spectrum push updates
- Service usually restores automatically when the outage is fixed
- Use mobile hotspot as temporary backup if needed
- Check the app periodically for updates
After the Outage
If service doesn’t restore automatically after an outage ends:
- Try restarting your router
- Wait 5 minutes and test your connection
- If still not working, contact our helpdesk
