Set Up Outlook on Your Phone

Install and Configure Outlook Mobile

Access your work email on your iPhone or Android device using the official Outlook app.

Step 1: Download the App

  • iPhone: Open the App Store and search for “Microsoft Outlook”
  • Android: Open Google Play Store and search for “Microsoft Outlook”

Download and install the free app from Microsoft.

Step 2: Add Your Account

  1. Open the Outlook app
  2. Tap Add Account (or the menu icon > Settings > Add Account)
  3. Enter your work email address
  4. Tap Continue
  5. Enter your password when prompted
  6. If prompted for multi-factor authentication, approve the sign-in on your authenticator app
  7. Tap Maybe Later if asked to add another account

Step 3: Allow Notifications (Recommended)

  1. When prompted, tap Allow to receive email notifications
  2. This ensures you don’t miss important messages

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t sign in? Make sure you’re using your full email address
  • MFA not working? Ensure your authenticator app is set up correctly
  • App crashes? Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
